A New Range of Chitosan Based Nano-antiviral Agents

چکیده

The current study involves the synthesis of fourteen analogs oligochitosan and their screening for antiviral potential against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), respiratory syncytial (RSV) Coxsackie virus. synthesized were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) FTIR techniques. HIV-1 p24 ELISA was performed using antigen capture assay in order to estimate viral infectivity loss. It observed that sulfated devoid activity as compared UN102 analog. rest which include N-thiol (UN105), N-glutaryl (UN106), N-Azido (UN111) N-phthaloyl (UN114) N-citric analog (UN117) exhibited HIV. also decreased infection caused RSV. In addition, found bind virus, causes autoimmune myocarditis. findings great interest proceed development novel agents.
